have made more sense to cancel, take the hit and go for the seats.

Also. Tom was due on the 5th June, at least two months before first home game (prob 6 weeks before friendy). If, as I assume, it is just a simple matter of unscrewing and refixing existing seats along with additional ones, would it take that long? And therefore couldn't both the concert and the seats happened?

Just saying.
