I'd think about getting it checked out, or reinstalling everything

if there's keylogging software installed on there, you're not going to know. Well you might when your bank rings you and asks if you meant to try and buy ?800's worth of gold in H Samuels (cos the keylogging software has recorded everything you've typed in and sent it to the hacker)
