For that very reason. The first month I had it I nearly had an accident where updates on my anti virus were downloading automatically in the background without me knowing.

I'll have to get in touch with them as there isn't much on the website. All it says is if you go over your limit its 10p per MB used, and that if you get to ?50 over your bill you will be automatically disconnected.
