Lambert "I want predominantly British lads"

didn't dismiss his new chief scout looking at foreign players but said he is really only interested in British players.

Age is also obviously important even though he didnt mention it.
If a player brought in at 24/25 works out well they will have a decent re-sale value.

I think Lambert enjoys working with a squad of players mostly 24-29 yer old players who have the mixture of maturity, hunger and ability.
