and they didn't. Simple as. None were quite good enough to adapt straight away. Harsh in someways but he's gone with a squad with an average age of nearly 30 I think. Teams which win things generally make very few mistakes. He has gone for experience to try and cut down the chances of players with few caps bottling it or not stepping up.
