Surprised that Capello has ended up going backwards like this though - seems like all the stuff he learnt from the qualifiers has been forgotten. (And pretty much everything he tried in the two warm-up friendlies failed - hence taking Warnock, who's only played 6 minutes for England, and dropping Walcott at the very last minute.)

Seems like a bit of a wasted opportunity.
