It's really difficult to disagree with any of your points, as it IS wrong that clubs can

mismanage and overspend to this extent, and that non-football creditors get shafted.

You can't compare a football club to a shop though. You know the strength of feeling we all have for our club, I really can't imagine life without it, which may sound really sad.

The only fair way is to penalise the people running clubs financially, or be able to remove them from post, as well as points deductions. How it could be done I don't know, but no matter how unfair it is, I can't imagine Nodge City not being there. I just can't and I therefore hope that Palace don't go.
