To give more information on my notebook problem. . .

Who ever said about booting from disc, great idea, i have no cd rom drive! And it doe's not boot from safe mode, nor does it have a floppy drive! I have played with and changed bios more times than you could imagnie, gone back tom factory settings etc. Still no joy! Hope this helps
