Paul Lambert is ready to shake up the Norwich League One winning team by signing Michael Chopra and Darren Ambrose from their cash strapped clubs. Paul Lambert is good friends with Harry Redknapp and a loan move for Gio dos Santos has been agreed in principle. Chris Iwelumo is also on Lambert's shortlist.

If Fraser Forster isn't signed, Norwich will look to former Cardiff and Ipswich keeper Neil Alexander, who is now at Rangers.

Chris Martin maybe be sold if his value of 3 million is met which will provide even more to the hefty transfer kitty that Lambert has been assured.

More news on Carrow Road press conference, there's mild complications with contract talks, so it may be held off until tomorrow. My source informs me that it is to announce the signing of Matt Phillips from Wycombe. I'll keep you posted.

Just had official confirmation from my source its Rhodes and Phillips in talks. Will be press conference at 3.30 if all goes to plan, but held off otherwise. Lambert wants to announce the pair of them together.
