...just seen your question from last night: it's only a mile and a half but considering that other than a widdle bit of cycling I haven't done any proper exercise for 20 odd years aside from drinking like a lord, smoking like a chimney and erm *cough* other things, this is definitely progress...
Had to tackle the pollen full on today which is very nice, but whatever, I actually ended up running a little further than last time...
And I did a superman amount of stretching today and had a massive dump when I got home too...
All in all good sweaty stuff...
