#1 Have a poo first, if you're running any distance. Running seems to giggle all the bowels up. Does me anyway, and you don't want to Paula yourself off.
#2 Hydration and energy. Can be tricky with a morning run. Porridge is a good bet, and a big drink of water. Then wait for a bit an have a wee, because all that water sloshing around isn't comfy.
#3 Stretch, stretch, stretch. When you think you've done enough, you haven't, do a bit more.
#4 Don't be afraid to stop and have a walk for a bit ifnyou have to. Don't stop dead, just slow to a walk. But only if you really have to.
