btw - did a bad thing friday night - - played 5 a sdie footy for the first time in years (justin the leeds fan from the pub was playing!) - got red mist and did a david neilson pumping run - hurt my knee and couldt dive yesterday!!! s**t!

off to malta saturday with ms chelts and H..... J has finished all the pool sesh's and just needs to do the 5 ow dives to qualify!
