People flying England flags on their cars during the WC doesn't make them t**ts. I would never do it myself, just as I would never wear a replica shirt, but that is for reasons of social conditioning. When other people do it that is fair enough.

When I DON'T like the England flag stuff is when it gives me a feeling that the flag-waver is doing it in order to show he hates *insert ethnic minority of choice* rather than out of excitement for England. But that's not generally the case
