that doesn't mean i thought they had been implemented in the right way.

perhaps estate agents ought to do more to earn their money and provide a lot more information as a matter of course including one detailed surveyors report that all buyers could trust. However, i do concede that putting trust and estate agents together is a ridiculous notion.
