...and I'm not bothered whether you care or snot, but today, at approximately 08:50, I went for my first ever proper grown up run around one of my local parks that has a running track and s**t...I was wearing proper gait analysed running shoes and everything...

Happy to report that I didn't walk at any stage but knees are now killing me...

This is the dawning of a new era, era, era...
