fao SCC or other betting enthusiasts

I am a big fan of horse racing and would love to watch it on my pc. As I am not in the uk I cannot watch races via betfair, and presently do not have a subscription for attheraces to watch their feed.

is there ever a stream of UK racing on the internet like other sporting events? I cant find one whenever I look.

any help appreciated.
