I would ignore any article that starts

"a study has revealed"

If you lived your life based on "a study has revealed" articles then you would probably be dead by the time you left your house. One minute exercise is good, the next it's bad. Now steak. Soon they'll say going to football is bad for you (oh, I think they already have)
