Scott Parker

When he was on-loan here I was sat next to a Norwich scout at a home game. I said to to the scout that we should try to sign Parker. He said that he didn't rate him as being all that good and Parker would cost ?400K.

The Norwich scout said he had been watching Blackpool the previous week and liked the look of John Murphy.
