If you google image Melissa Jacobs (Lord Treason's lunchtime chum)

you find that she is a porn star. I don't know if this is a Theresa May-style coincidence or whether this really IS the person with whom Triesman was lunching. If it was, I'm not sure where she hid the microphone because she doesn't seem to own any clothes.
