start off away, hold a team to a draw or a 1 goal loss then bring them back to your home ground and turn them over.

The other way round you have to score the f**k out of them in the first leg then go away from home for squeaky bum time.

It's all in the head. Not a huge advantage but it's about as big an advantage you could give unless you give the team in 3rd a 1 goal head start or something. Or maybe the team in 3rd get to use 2 balls.
