My drive to work (when in Mancs, like today) is half heaven half hell.

The Woodhead Pass early on a sunny morning with not much traffic on it is just beautiful, absolutely stunning. And then I end up (after the M67 and two junctions of the M60) in a poxy queue of traffic in Failsworth to eventually get to Newton f**king Heath.
