Think It Has To Be Today...

The time its taking could be seen in two ways.

1. They want it to be right for everyone, and are making the effort to ensure that it is-no knee jerk decisions or glossing over of details, every i dotted and t crossed. Announcement today of Lib Dem/Tory alliance.

2. They keep disagreeing over policy, so have to go back to square one, start again, only to find another stumbling block-and so on and so forth. Announcement today-we tried but we can't get on!
