It's saying that clubs coming down now have a 4 year head start on others

So whilst we look to the season with our ?2m transfer kitty. The 3 teams coming down will have the monopoly of ?12m a year over us

So instead of having a crap couple of years from coming down, there's still another 2 years to recover and try again

We'd be well chuffed if it was us, but it's not going to be, and it means teams relegated (unless they really screw themselves up), will always be in a better position to have a massive advantage over the rest of championship clubs
