Well over here any of the party leaders ca be appointed PM in a coalition. Doesn't have to

be the leader of the biggest party in the coalition. If Clegg were appointed PM in a coalition with either Labour or the Tories, that might actually be a decent situation since it seems the nation isn't really enthralled with Brown or Cameron.

Not sure how it works in the UK though.
