It's a riff Bell's been developing

Like all of us he's been wondering why Cameron has no wrinkles

He started out doing him as a jellyfish to symbolise his lack of backbone and real principles. A couple of weeks ago he hit on doing him as a jellyfish stuffed into a condom (smooth and pink). Surrealist genius.
