I was trying to think of English fayre

obviously I far prefer a nice Pad Viet or a biryani, but as for 'decent' and cheap 'English food' there's plenty. The days when it was ironically just pie and chips or fish and chips with a few overcooked and bedraggled veg have past (I hope)
