Why is Twitter so s**t? All I want to do is upload an image as a background...

...and will it let me? Will it f**k!..

"Too many tweets" - I don't care as I'm trying to add an image - I'M NOT TWEETING!..

"Page temporarily unavailable" - when does temporary become permanent cos it can't be far off now?..

"File isn't an image" - YES IT FUCKING IS!..

Is anyone else struggling with it this morning or is it just me?..
