and i can understand the caution the club have to show when it comes to cancelling tickets, particularly if they then want to re-sell them

how bad would it look if you weren't an honest bloke and had flogged your tickets on, got the club to cancel them even though you no longer had them, and then they re-sold those seats to some other unsuspecting punters?
