I'd drop them a line maybe, the problem is is that they can't 'cancel' your tickets.

So its possible they could give you a refund, sell them again, then you could pitch up with the original tickets and still get in!!

Could have been a clever con to get your cash back and still get in!

However, there are ways they could have got round this, arranging to call you back abroad to confirm where you were for example, they could have handled it better.
