Going by what they showed on the TV she didn't say much about immigration

It was just one of a number of things she had a go at him over, which was basically all the things she'd heard other people talk about on the TV.

He then calls her a bigot because he was angry and being ambushed and losing face in front of a media scrum.

It says quite a lot about how much he respects the views of the electorate though. He might not agree with her but as an elected MP the very least he should do is respect and consider her concerns.
