You need to make some point about executives having to be willing to admit mistakes

then say "Not admitting your mistakes can put you in real difficulties. Take the example of a football club. If the club owner insists on appointing a Big Name manager who turns out to have been a bad choice, then he should quietly and calmly admit he's done the wrong thing. If he doesn't, and to save face gives the manager more and more money for less and less return on the ptich simply because he can't admit that he's made a mistake, then everyone suffers. Never be afraid to admit your mistakes."
