um yes it would you silly scrammers read up on it and you'll understand

for a start look at the history of hung parliaments in this country. Then look at the economics behind a lack of confidence in an economy and see what happens to the value of said countries currency and why this is bad for the countries economy and you may start to become educated rather than just continuing your over use of the word bollocks without any decent argument.

but yes i agree with your point that a party coming 3rd but retaining control just is not right. The whole electoral system needs a revamp as Mr Clegg rightly says.
