See above, where have i been bashing Bush....

When you are in as much need as these people does it matter where the aid comes from. I would imagine that the average wage & standard of living in Bangladesh is no better than Cuba, but you are the one bemoaning how little Bangladesh have pledged, whilst saying that Fidel should look after his own people. Just because you won't trade with Cuba doesn't mean that you can't accept his help. Anyway isn't it about time you sat down with him & settled your differences?
