I think it is spposed to be one of the most horrid things

because you can't do much about in terms of fixing, and because everything you do involves breathing which therefore involves rib action.

Hope they've given you some good painkillers, otherwise you'll have to just drink yourself stupid every night for six weeks. Or stop breathing.

Still when you come to the Carlisle game you'll forget all about it. Just remember in the hospitality afterwards that you're probably best not to ask if you can have a go lifting the trophy.
