Johnson got the ball (just) but he also chopped down Agbonlahor. The touch that he got didn't have enough on it to take to ball away from Agbonlahor and as such still denied a clear opportunity. I don't know if the rules state that if you get the ball to any extent then you can chop down the man legally, but from a footballing perspective that was definitely a penalty.
Johnson didn't do himself any favours with his comments afterwards either, what respect campaign?? He sounded like an arrogant man who thought he was better than the referee, needs a hefty ticking off.
