I think he does a decent job.
To be honest I am more interested in his opinions/news and what he has to say rather than how polished he is at reading the teleprompter.
He probably doesn't have the time/resources to do edited segments.
The worst aspect technically is probably the sound as its in a very small room which has a lot of echo.
If he hung a few sheets/eggtrays to dampen the noise it would sound more akin to a radio/TV broadcast.
I put in sound dampening in my home theater and it makes a fantastic difference to the sound.
You can buy a quality USB mic for under a hundy which would improve the overall feel.
The podcast/videos do have the feel of a conference room rather than a radio studio.
That's a shame as I think the content is really good.
