I think you may just be seeing what you want to see there. Cameron is supposed to have "won" last night according to some polls (I didn't watch it) and he's certainly done better than Broooon - which was of course his plan
But the point is, no-one foresaw the dark horse rushing up on the inside! So the debates are probably a narrow tactical victory (in that Brooooon's support is ebbing away fast) but a strategic disaster (in that they have allowed the Lib Dems to build a support that was UNTHINKABLE before the debates)
Really, really interesting. A hung parliament would be fascinating. What do they do? How do they decide who gets to be Chancellor, for example? They can't job share. Do they play rock paper scissors for it?
