That's him. I liked him to start with, he's a bit samey now though.

Although I'm not entirely sure what it was I liked him in now.

Loved that first tenacious D song, but that could just be because the guy that is in the Foo Fighters, was in Nirvana and is also in, er, Queens of the Stone Age was the devil in the video.
