I agree with you completely.

I can watch the Office, because the other characters, particularly Gareth and wossit (Tim?), are brilliant. The Invention of Lying might just be the worst film that I've ever tried to watch but had to switch off after just a couple of minutes. That might not be entirely Gervais' fault, but he's certainly contributory.
