Technology Help Needed....

Hi Guys,

I downloaded a Radio show a few months ago as their was a song on it i really liked. I have waited 3 months and there is still no sign of it being released, not even on promo, though it has received quite a bit of air-time.

What i want to know is if there is a way of taking just that song from the download? Everyone i have spoken to has suggested using a program called Audacity, so i downloaded that but it doesnt seem to work, someone said it might be because i dont have a sound card on my pc but im not sure how that would make any difference. Im using Windows7 so there are a few compatability issues with a few programs but was just wondering if anyone could help with any suggestions.
