Hertfordshire is Home Counties, not East Anglia. How does Bucks fit in? I think this is the reason that people struggle with RDAs and RAs - it seems too removed from what they consider their region. And it starts to generate such media stupidities as the football derby between MK Dons and Colchester. And then the media regions do differ from the trade regions so more daftness.
