You cannot fault Nelsons heart or attitude.

The first game of the season would have crushed many pros.
He basically only came back into the side because of injuries to Askou and Spillane

Not only did he take his chance but kept Ashou, Whitbread and Spillane out because of his form.

To do well in the champs we are going to need a minimum of 4 solid CB's

I can see Nelson being in the mix but maybe not a first choice.

I could also see Lambert bringing in another CB and Nelson being surplus.
