When we go up (yes WHEN), should we "rebuild" the team?

I am a bit sceptical about this. I always like the *team* thing - I feel that a team that has won a league will play confidently in the early stages of the next league and deserves to be given a chance. Sure replace the weakest members but generally I think the team should be given the opportunity of seeing how it competes in the next rung
