e all about nonces.

There's this charity that do "Circles" of volunteers, whereby you get a group of a half-dozen or so volunteers that sort of mentor a nonce once he's served his sentence. Research suggest that it has a significant impact of re-offending rates. Isn't paid for by HM govt. either, so it seems a rather groovy, albeit controversial, low cost way of cutting re-offending, among the nonce population.
