In the past we have been clutching for anything in a manager

I think we have finally learned that the best route is to go for the up and coming manager with decent experience rather than the totally inexperienced or the proven failures.

If Lambo left I would think someone like Mark Robbins would be an ideal replacement who has been incredible with no resources.
