Probably yes, but I feel there is a subtle difference

Nothing wrong with wanting to move to a bigger club but I felt that some of our previous players were thinking they were much better than the club and using us a pure stepping stone.

Hucks mentioned it at his recent talk evening that certain players tanked at Fulham because they wanted away.

Would Holt move to the Prem, of course but I think he is realistic and realizes this is probably the best position of his career.

I think its the players like Cody, Oli and McNamee plus our home grown talent such as Martin, Spillane and Smith that give me optomism.

I would rather have less talent at the club and more heart.

Prime example are Leeds.

Grayson made a huge mistake not selling Beckford.

Keeping someone at the club who does not want to be there is a mistake regardless how talented they are.

Lambert has been very quick to get rid of anyone who he feels might have a negative influence on the team.
