I agree.

I mentioned this before that with Newcastle, WBA and possibly Forest leaving.

Burnley wont spend (thats why coyle left)
Portsmouth wont have any money or players
Hull will probably have to sell their better younger players with many older players in their squad.

I think Norwich might have a real shot of doing a "Leicester" and challenging for a playoff spot.

Cant see many scary/talented teams in the champs.
