Has Lynn Changed?

Halcyon days at NORCAT spent at the "Lattice House" and going to Bayes Recordium, but the shopping 'centre' -for want of a better word, looked dated even then. Is it still the same? Visit Norfolk and Brancaster regularly, but haven't been to Lynn for years!
