I agree. And there should be a defined list of things you CAN challenge (e.g. offside, whether the ball was over the line, etc) as American Football does it. You cannot review all fouls unfortunately as a lot of them are down to judgment so there is no way to change a decision.

Details to be worked out but in general I agree.
