when is a job finished though? I suppose when you get sacked

Clearly the way he left here wasn't satisfactory for us.

But he's been at Villa nearly 4 years. In Spain or Italy that would be a pretty long stint - I think it's only here that we look for managers to stay much longer than that. (And I think outside football, managers often move on after 4 years in a job. Good for them and the team - freshens things up.)

We'll see though. May all be bollox anyway.
